The Zeus/ADP Integrated Interface

Do you have ADP now? Great! Zeus has developed a suite of Integration Tools that will improve the overall performance of your existing ADP system. We integrate more fully with ADP Accounting and Service than you are currently experiencing. The following is a brief list of some of the enhancements we have to offer: All of this is included in the Zeus All Included Pricing.

The Zeus System will integrate with your current ADP System faster cutting the transfer time from 8 minutes down to less then 2 minutes per deal.

Our system will also improve the integration by transferring all of the necessary data. This includes all state, county, and local taxes to the appropriate G.L. The account # with all available discounts and credits. Any finance reserve receivables will also be distributed to the correct G.L. # without the necessity of a cheat-sheet or operator intervention. Zeus can also manage, account for, and post commissions for your sales staff including exotic pay plans. ADP does not transfer any of this information.

Once the Zeus System is installed the ADP-FI portion of your ADP System can be canceled. The maintenance fee is usually in excess of $150.00 per month and this fee would disappear.

All of your programming fees would be canceled whether it is through ADP or a third party. All of your programming needs will be fulfilled by Zeus on an ongoing basis at no additional expense to you.

The removal of the ADP-FI portion of your ADP System would free up expensive ADP ports which could then be used in other departments of the dealership. If you’re in the process of opening a new dealership, these ports could be used at the new store.

We have also been able to save dealerships a great deal of money with the way they run credit bureau’s. You may be running bureau’s through ADP or directly through Trans Union or Equifax, and in this case we can usually cut the cost of these bureau’s in half.
